My Filipino grandmother, my LOLA, owned a little store in the Philippines, a tindahan when I was a kid. One of my favorite memories growing up was visiting my LOLA at her tindahan. My family moved to the United States to chase the American dream when I was in kindergarten. So when it was time to for us to start our own business in 2002, we already had the perfect name, LOLA.

Return Policy
You may return purchases
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping fees. We'll refund
the shipping fees if there was an error on our part.
Credit Card
Payments
Your credit card will not be
charged if we don't have the item in stock. If we are out of stock on an item
we will contact you with when we expect the item to be back in stock. We try to
ship orders placed on Friday or Saturday the same day but may not be able to
ship until Monday. We may not be able to ship to addresses not registered with
your credit card. We will contact you if there is a non-registered shipping
address problem.
Shipping
Allow approximately three to
six business days for delivery via the US Postal Service or UPS Ground. For
packages over one pound we often ship US Priority Mail which usually arrives within
2-3 business days. Please call
if you need an order rushed 415-678-5327. Orders placed over the weekend will
ship the following Monday. We will contact you if any item on your order is out
of stock before shipping. We may not be able to ship to addresses not
registered with your credit card. We will contact you if there is a
non-registered shipping address problem.
Gifts
If you would like an item gift
wrapped there is a $5 service charge. Please note which items you would like
wrapped together on your order. We will charge you $5 per gift bundle (for
example: 3 candles wrapped together will be charged a $5 gift wrap fee. 3
candles wrapped individually will be charged $15). We will remove all removable
price tags. Some items such as books have pre-printed prices which cannot be removed.
